  • Where is your furniture made?
All of our pieces are designed and built in our Manchester workshop. Everything is handmade by our small team—no factories, no outsourcing, just carefully crafted furniture made in the UK.
  • Is your furniture flat-packed or assembled?
Smaller items are shipped flat-packed with simple assembly instructions. Larger pieces may arrive partially or fully assembled depending on the design. We’ll always let you know beforehand so there are no surprises.
  • How do I care for my furniture?
Most surfaces just need a soft cloth and gentle, non-abrasive cleaning products. Natural materials like wood veneer or Valchromat may benefit from occasional re-oiling or waxing—we include care tips with every order.
  • Do you design everything yourselves?
Yes—all of our products are original designs created in-house. Every curve, joint, and finish is carefully considered to balance form, function, and material.
  • Can I request matching pieces in future?
Of course. If you’ve bought from us before and want another piece to match—whether in dimensions, colour, or materials—we’re more than happy to help. Just send us a photo or order reference.
  • How long does it take to receive my order?
Most pieces are made to order and take around 4–6 weeks to complete. This can vary depending on complexity and current workload. If you’re working to a tight deadline, let us know—we’ll always try to help where we can.
  • Do you ship across the UK?
Yes—we offer nationwide delivery through reliable couriers who specialise in furniture transport. If you're based in Manchester, local delivery or collection may also be an option.
  • Can I return a product?
Since all our furniture is made to order, we don’t offer returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. That said, we want you to be happy—so if something’s not right, we’ll always do what we can to resolve it.
  • How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs vary depending on the size of the item and your location. You’ll see the shipping price at checkout, but we can also provide quotes for larger or trade orders.
  • Will I get updates on my order?
Yes—we’ll keep you informed throughout the process. You’ll receive confirmation when your order is placed, updates when it’s in production, and tracking details once it’s on its way.
  • Do you offer custom sizes or colours?
Yes, we love making adjustments to suit your space. You can request custom dimensions, colour finishes, or even material changes for many of our designs. Just send us a message and we’ll help you figure out the best options.
  • Can I see materials before I buy?
Absolutely—we offer sample packs so you can get a feel for the materials and finishes before committing. Let us know which colours or materials you're interested in, and we’ll send some your way.
  • Do you work with trade clients?
We do. We offer trade pricing and collaborative options for interior designers, shop owners, galleries, and creative businesses. Whether you're looking to furnish a single space or order in small batches, we’re happy to work with you.
  • Do you make completely bespoke pieces?
We do take on a small number of fully bespoke projects. If you have a unique idea or space-specific need, drop us a message with as much detail as you can, and we’ll let you know if it’s something we can take on.
  • Can I personalise a piece with my logo or brand colours?
Yes—for trade and commercial clients, we offer customisation including brand colours, engraving, and logo application. Ideal for retail counters, display furniture, or office pieces.
  • Do you offer finishes other than oil or wax?
We typically use natural oils, hardwax finishes, and water-based lacquers & paints, but we’re happy to discuss other options depending on the material and use case.
  • How sustainable are your materials?
We’re committed to using sustainable, future-friendly materials. We work with FSC-certified veneers, UK-made recycled surfaces like Smile Plastics and Foresso, and eco-conscious boards like Valchromat. We also design to minimise waste and build for long-term use.
  • What materials do you use?
We use a mix of beautiful and hardwearing materials: wood veneers (like Birch, English White Oak, and American Black Walnut), Valchromat for colour and texture, and innovative surfaces like Smile Plastics and Foresso made from recycled waste. Each one is chosen for its durability, sustainability, and design potential.
  • Do you use solid wood?
We primarily work with veneered boards and solid timber accents, allowing us to make the most of every tree while keeping construction precise and stable. Solid wood is used where appropriate—for example, legs or edge details.
  • Are your finishes environmentally friendly?
Yes—we prioritise finishes that are low-VOC, non-toxic, and safe for home and commercial environments. We also try to avoid plastic-based coatings wherever possible.
